I
wish I could tell you this blog was created as a way to impart my supreme
wisdom on juggling single parenting, dating, career and life in general. The
truth is I lack significant wisdom on most, if not all, of those subjects. Want to hear more truth? I have not mastered
the great art of balancing. I am not that mom who has dinner prepared on the
table every night by 7pm. I am not that employee who never misses a day of
work. In fact, I think it’s a waste of a perfectly good sick day when you call
out when you’re actually sick. As for
dating, lets just say part of the reason I started this blog was to distract my
mind while my heart heals. I am perfectly
imperfect. Despite, or possibly because of this flaw I made tons of mishaps on
this road called life. Each time I got
off at the wrong exit, missed a turn or even jumped on the wrong high way I gained
a new perspective on some everyday situations. I want to share these
perspectives. Feel free to laugh at some, ponder about a few or outright
disagree. All the same….they are simply This Girl’s Perspective. Enjoy
